Résumé: In this article the researcher to treatment a social phenomenon of cultural dimensions affect the customs and habits, traditions and cultural values of this society, and religious dimensions affecting the Islamic faith and human dignity, namely, the prostitution. Through the conceptual dialectic concerning this phenomenon at the level of intellectual pattern represented in the opinions of scholars, or theoretical explanations for it, and move to reveal the causes of the phenomenon and types, how to consider the Algerian legislature . In the end the researcher offering some solutions that can contribute to alleviate this phenomenon, which is trying to kill our families and our children.
