حماية الروابط الأسرية زمن النزاعات المسلحة على ضوء أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني(في اطار الملتقى الدولي الأطر الحمائية للأسرة و دورها في استقرار المجتمع)
Résumé: تفرق النزاعات المسلحة الآلاف من العائلات، وقد يعاني أفرادها معاناة كبيرة في البحث على ذويهم، لأنهم قد لا يعرفون مكان تواجدهم ولا حتى إن كانوا أمواتا أم على قيد الحياة. لأجل ذلك وضع القانون الدولي الإنساني باعتباره القانون الواجب التطبيق زمن النزاعات المسلحة جملة من الأحكام والآليات من شأنها التخفيف من معاناة الأسر وحماية الروابط الأسرية المفككة بسبب النزاعات المسلحة Abstract: Armed conflicts separate thousands of families, and their members may suffer great suffering in searching for their loved ones, because they may not know their whereabouts, not even if they are dead or alive. For this reason, international humanitarian law, as the applicable law in times of armed conflicts, set a number of provisions and mechanisms that would alleviate the suffering of families and protect family ties that were shattered due to armed conflicts.
