دور الاستثمار السياحي في التنمية الاقتصادية - الجزائر أنموذجا- The Role Of Tourism Investment In Economic Development - Algeria As A Model –

Résumé: يسعى الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى توظيف المتاح من المعلومات حول الاستثمار السياحي ودوره في التنمية الاقتصادية، من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الاستثمار السياحي الذي ينظر اليه الباحثون على أن له دور كبير في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، ويظهر الدور الاقتصادي في مساهمة الاستثمار السياحي في العوامل المختلفة للاقتصاد الوطني، أما عن الدور الاجتماعي والثقافي فهو يسعى للحفاظ على التراث والمتمثل في الصناعات التقليدية، الحضارات التي تعبر عن ثقافة الشعوب. جاء هذا البحث للتعرف على واقع الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر من خلال عرض بعض الاحصائيات عن مساهمة السياحة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ومساهمته في توفير مناصب عمل، بالإضافة إلى نسبة مساهمة المشاريع الاستثمارية في الاستثمارات الكلية للجزائر. وتوصل الباحث إلى أن الجزائر رغم توفرها على الإمكانيات السياحة، الى أنها متأخرة في توظيف هذا المورد الهام خاصة في الظروف الراهنة التي تعتمد فيها الدولة الجزائرية على التنويع الاقتصادي Through this study, the researcher seeks to employ the available information about tourism investment and its role in economic development, by identifying the concept of tourism investment, which researchers see as having a major role in economic, social and cultural development. The economic role appears in the contribution of tourism investment in the factors The different aspects of the national economy, as for the social and cultural role, it seeks to preserve the heritage represented in traditional industries, civilizations that express the culture of peoples. This research came to identify the reality of tourism investment in Algeria by presenting some statistics on the contribution of tourism to the gross domestic product and its contribution to providing job positions, in addition to the percentage of investment projects' contribution to the total investments of Algeria. The researcher concluded that Algeria, despite its tourism potential, is late in employing this important resource, especially in the current circumstances in which the Algerian state relies on economic diversification.
