دور الشراكة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: تعتبر الشراكة بين القطاع العام و القطاع الخاص من الطرق الفاعلة التي تستعين بها الحكومات لتفعيل المؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية من خلال إدراج أسلوب أكثر فعالية للتسيير، لتساهم في تطوير مختلف المجالات، وكذا لتخفيف الضغط المتزايد التي تعاني منه الميزانية العمومية وضمان التسيير الرشيد للقطاع الاقتصادي، بالشكل الذي يحقق استدامة حقوق الأجيال القادمة دون الإنقاص من الأهداف التنموية للدولة. Abstract: The partnership between the public sector and the private sector is one of the effective ways in which governments seek to activate government institutions and bodies by including a more effective method of management, to contribute to the development of various areas, as well as to reduce the increasing pressure experienced by the balance sheet and ensure rational management of the economic sector. In a manner that achieves the sustainability of the rights of future generations without diminishing the developmental goals of the state.
