دراسة تحليلية لواقع الاستثمار السياحي ومناخ الأعمال في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بالجوانب النظرية للاستثمار السياحي، وكذا مناخ الأعمال من خلال عرض المؤشرات الخاصة بكل متغير، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر ومكانته بين القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخرى، وكذا عرض المؤشرات الخاصة بمناخ الأعمال في الجزائر باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمتمثلة في الحرية الاقتصادية، سهولة أداء الأعمال، التنمية البشرية، وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن عدد الاستثمارات السياحية يمثل نسبة منخفضة مقارنة ببعض القطاعات، كما توصلت إلى أن مؤشرات مناخ الأعمال غير ملائمة للاستثمار بصفة عامة والاستثمار السياحي بصفة خاصة. كلمات مفتاحية: السياحة، الاستثمار السياحي، مناخ الأعمال تصنيفات JEL : Z3، Z330، M2. Abstract: The study aimed to understand the theoretical aspects of tourism investment, As well as the business climate by presenting indicators for each variable, The study also aimed to identify the reality of tourism investment in Algeria and its position among other economic sectors, As well as presenting the indicators of the business climate in Algeria by adopting the descriptive analytical approach, represented in economic freedom, the competitiveness of the business environment, and human development, Finally, the study concluded that the number of tourism investments represents a low percentage compared to some sectors, It also concluded that business climate indicators are not suitable for investment in general and tourism investment in particular.
