علاقة المستوطنين الأوروبيين بالأهالي الجزائريين في اهتمامات الصحافة العربية الجزائرية خلال عشرينيات و ثلاثينيات القرن20م The Relationship Between The European Settlers And The And The Algerian Population In The Interest Of The Algerian Arabic Press During The 1920s And 1930s

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة علاقة المستوطنين بالأهالي الجزائريين من خلال الصحافة العربية الجزائرية خلال الفترة المحددة للدراسة، حيث قامت هذه الصحافة بفضح نظرة المستوطنين العنصرية إزاء الأهالي الجزائريين و التنديد بممارستهم الاستغلالية اللا إنسانية تجاه ممتلكات الجزائريين وثرواتهم ، و مشهرة كذلك بدور هذه الفئة الدخيلة في معارضة تعليم الجزائريين و تمكينهم من حقوق المواطنة، خشية من تحولها إلى أقلية أمام الأغلبية الجزائرية و من ثمة فقدانها النفوذ و الهيمنة على المجتمع الجزائري، لذلك ظل المستوطنون يبذلون قصارى جهدهم بغية الإبقاء على حالة الجزائريين كرعايا(أهالي) حتى لا ينافسونهم في الثروة و الحكم. و يندرج اهتمام الصحافة العربية الجزائرية بهذا الموضوع ضمن الدور النضالي الوطني الذي كانت تؤديه بهدف استنهاض همم الجزائريين و تنمية الوعي الوطني لديهم، من خلال دعوتهم إلى التمسك بأراضيهم ،و تجنب التأثر بإغراءات المستوطنين المالية المستهدفة لأملاكهم، و مطالبتهم أيضا بالاعتماد على أنفسهم في تدبير شؤونهم الاقتصادية و ذلك بإنشاء شركات وطنية استثمارية و بنوك مالية خاصة بهم، و الاهتمام بتعليم الأطفال للحيلولة دون استغلالهم من طرف المستوطنين،و بهذا الموقف تكون الصحافة العربية الجزائرية قد شكلت مظهرا بارزا في المقاومة الوطنية ضد سياسة المحتل الإستدمارية و غلاته المستوطنين الأوروبيين خلال هذه الفترة. This study examines the relationship of the European settlers and the and the Algerian population in the interest of the Algerian Arabic press during the 1920s and 1930s. The press exposed the racist settlers' view of the Algerian people and condemned their inhuman exploitation of the property and wealth of the Algerians. Fearing that they would become a minority before the Algerian majority and that they would lose influence and control over Algerian society. The settlers continued to do their utmost to maintain the Algerian situation. As citizens (people) so as not to compete them in wealth and governance. The attention of the Algerian Arab press to this issue is part of the national struggle role played by the aim of mobilizing the Algerians and developing their national awareness by calling on them to adhere to their lands and avoid being influenced by the settlers' financial temptations aimed at their property. The establishment of national investment companies and their own financial banks, and the interest in educating children to prevent their exploitation by the settlers. In this position, the Algerian Arab press has formed a prominent feature in the national resistance against the policy of the occupier Tdmarah and Glath European settlers during this period.
