دراسة استطلاعية حول مهارات الاتصال مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة - المراكز النفسية البيداغوجية لولاية المدية أنموذجا - An Exploratory Study On Communication Skills About People With Special Needs Psycho-pedagogical Centers Of Medea City As A Model-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات الاتصال مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من خلال الكشف على مستوى مهارات الاتصال بشكليه اللفظي وغير اللفظي، ولتحقیق هذا الهدف أجریت دراسة ميدانية بالمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية لولاية المدية، على عینة مكونة من 115 مبحوثا من المتعاملین بطریقة مباشرة مع فئة ذوي الاحتیاجات الخاصة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى استخدام مهارات الاتصال بالمراكز المبحوثة جاء بدرجة متوسطة من خلال جميع فقرات أبعادها، ماعدا مستوى استخدام المهارات المتعلقة بالحركات التي جاءت بدرجة عالية. This study aimed to identify communication skills with people with special needs, by examining the level of communication skills in both verbal and non-verbal forms, and to achieve this goal, a field study was conducted in the psycho-pedagogical centers of Medea, on a sample of 115 respondents who dealt directly with a group with Special needs. The study found that the level of using the communication skills in the centers came in a medium degree through all paragraphs of its dimensions, except for the level of using the skills related to the movements that came in a high degree.
