السياسة الجنائية لمواجهة جرائم المخدرات في الجزائر
Résumé: تنتهج الجزائر سياسة جنائية قائمة على آليات قانونية حديثة للتعامل مع جميع مخاطر الجرائم المتعلقة بالمخدرات ، وتلجأ إلى أساليب معينة ينص عليها قانون الإجراءات الجزائية للتعامل مع هذه الجرائم ، وتشكل لجان معنية بالسياسات. والغرض من مكافحة جرائم المخدرات تحديداً هو منع هذه الظاهرة المميتة ، ففي مجال مكافحة المخدرات ، صدر القانون رقم04-18 المتعلق بمنع المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لسد الثغرات التي كانت موجودة في الماضي. ونظراً لانتشار هذه الآفة في جميع أنحاء العالم، وخاصة في المجتمع الجزائري ، ظهرت العديد من الجرائم على هذا النحو ، وعليه فإن هذه سياسة تهدف إلى منع حدوث هذه الآفة في العالم العربي. Summary Algeria pursues a criminal policy based on modern legal mechanisms to deal with all risks of drug-related crimes, and resorts to certain methods stipulated by the Code of Criminal Procedure to deal with these crimes, and forms committees concerned with policies. The purpose of combating drug crimes in particular is to prevent this deadly phenomenon. In the field of drug control, Law No. 04-18 related to the prevention of narcotics and psychotropic substances was issued to fill the gaps that existed in the past. Given the spread of this scourge all over the world, especially in Algerian society, many crimes have appeared in this way, and accordingly this is a policy aimed at preventing the occurrence of this scourge in the Arab world.
