انعكاسات السياسة الثقافية الفرنسية على المنظومة الثقافية والاجتماعية الجزائرية 1880-1962

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل تلك الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن السياسة الثقافية التي مارسها الاحتلال الفرنسي في الجزائر طيلة 132 سنة في إطار مشروع الفرنسة الشامل للجزائريين ومحاربة الثقافة المحلية وتفكيك رموزها وتكريس ثقافة المستعمر، وبيان مظاهر تلك التأثيرات على المنظومة الثقافية والاجتماعية للشعب الجزائري أثناء الاحتلال خاصة ما يتعلق باللغة والقيم والأخلاق وما يتبعها من طرق التفكير والعيش والعادات والتقاليد. لقد أسفرت السياسة الثقافية التي انتهجها الاحتلال الفرنسي عن نتائج وخيمة وآثار مدمرة ببنية المجتمع الجزائري الثقافية وعرقلت تطوره التاريخي، وأدخلت عليه جملة من التغييرات الثقافية والفكرية. صحيح أن الشعب الجزائري جابه الاحتلال الفرنسي وسياسته الثقافية بوسائله الخاصة إلى أن الحقيقة والواقع يبينان أن ثمت نتائج سلبية بدأت بوادرها تظهر على المجتمع الجزائري، وهي مظاهر دخلية وغريبة أخذت تنتشر شيئا فشيئا لكن بدرجات متفاوتة عبر مختلف مناطق القطر الجزائري خاصة تلك التي كانت أكثر احتكاكا بالمستوطنين الأوربيين. كلمات مفتاحية: السياسة الثقافية؛ التأثيرات؛ التقليد؛ الآفات؛ النخبة. Abstract: This article deals with the study and analysis of those negative effects resulting from the cultural policy practiced by the French occupation in Algeria for 132 years within the framework of the comprehensive French project for the Algerians, fighting the local culture, dismantling its symbols, dedicating the culture of the colonizer, and clarifying the manifestations cultural and social system of the Algerian people during the occupation, especially with regard to language, values, morals and the ways of thinking and living that follow, customs and traditions. The cultural policy pursued by the French occupation resulted in disastrous results and devastating effects on the cultural structure of Algerian society and hindered its historical development, and brought about a number of cultural and intellectual changes to it. It is true that the Algerian people confronted the French occupation and its cultural policy with their own means, to the fact that the truth and reality show that there are negative consequences that have begun to appear on Algerian society, and these are internal and strange manifestations that spread little by little, but to varying degrees across the various regions of the Algerian country, especially those that were more in contact with settlers Europeans.
