العوائق اللسانية لمشروع التعريب في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: جاء مشروع التعريب في العالم العربي في محاولة لمعالجة أحد آثار سياسة التغريب التي انتهجها الاستعمار ، وتعد الجزائر إحدى الدول التي تبنت سياسة التعريب منذ حصولها على الاستقلال، وسنت القوانين ووضعت المخططات لإنجاح هذا المشروع، ويعد التعريب التام لسلك القضاء أبرز ثمار العملية في الواقع، وإذا كانت الجزائر قد عاشت ثنائية لغوية بين العربية والفرنسية بعد نيل الاستقلال لم تجد مفرا منها، فإن مشروع التعريب لم يتوقف، فكانت تنفق الأموال وتبذل الجهود في سبيل زرع الحياة فيه ، ويتم السعي لتجاوز العقبات والتغلب على الصعاب، وإن تكن هذه التجربة لم تصل إلى كل الأهداف التي سطرت لها، فإنها تجربة تملك من الجوانب الإيجابية ما يستحق الثناء والتشجيع، وفي هذا البحث نتساءل عن عوائق التعريب اللسانية في الجزائر، وأسبابه الحقيقية، ونهدف إلى أخذ صورة جلية عن دور اللغة العربية في دفع عجلة التعريب في الجزائر أو عرقلتها من خلال بحث موسوم بـ: "العوائق اللسانية لمشروع التعريب في الجزائر". Abstract : The Arabization project in the Arab world came in an attempt to address one of the effects of the Westernization policy pursued by colonialism. Algeria is one of the countries that has adopted the Arabization policy since gaining independence, and has enacted laws and drawn up plans to make this project a success. The complete Arabization of the judiciary is the most prominent fruit of the process in reality, and if Algeria experienced an inevitable bilingualism between Arabic and French after gaining independence, the Arabization project did not stop. Money was spent and efforts were made to instill life in it, and efforts were made to overcome obstacles and difficulties. Although this experience did not reach all the goals it set out for, it is an experience that has positive aspects that deserve praise and encouragement. In this research, we ask about the obstacles to linguistic Arabization in Algeria, and its real causes, and we aim to take a clear picture of the role of the Arabic language in advancing Arabization in Algeria or obstructing it through research titled: “Linguistic obstacles to the Arabization project in Algeria”.
