دراسة بنيوية وضوئية لشرائح أكسيد النحاس لمطعم بالنيكل
Résumé: "تم تحضير أغشية رقيقة لأكسيد النحاس CuO النقي و المطعم بالنيكل Ni بنسب مختلفة باستعمال طريقة الانحلال الكيميائي الحراري حيث ترسب الأغشية على ركائز زجاجية تحت درجة حرارة 540c° ،وحددت خصائصه البنيوية والبصرية باستخدام حيود الأشعة السينية (DRX) والتحليل الطيفي للأشعة المرئية و فوق البنفسجية (UV- VIS) وقد بينت نتائج انعراج الأشعة السينية ان الأغشية المحضرة ذات تركيب بلوري أحادي الميل باتجاه سائد (111-) ، أما النتائج البصرية بينت تناقص أطياف الامتصاص بزيادة التطعيم كما أن النفاذية تزايدت شهدت قيمة الفاصل الطاقي تزايد عكس طاقة أورباخ التي تناقصت بزيادت التطعيم."Thin films were prepared for pure CuO and Ni-Doped with different percentages using the Thermal decomposition method by which the films were deposited on glass substrates at temperature of 540c°.Its structural and optical properties were determined by using X-Ray diffraction (DRX),and visible and ultraviolet (UV-VIS) spectroscopy. The X-Ray diffraction indicated that the prepared films had a monoclinic crystal structure with predominant (-111), whereas the optical results have indicated the absorption spectrum decrease by increasing grafting, transmittance has increased as well. The energy interval value increased compared to Auerbach energy which decreased by increasing grafting.
