معوقات تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بتعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة – تبسة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة ميدانية بتعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بتبسة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق استبيان وزع على مجتمع الدراسة من خلال طريقة المسح الشامل والذي شمل 85 مفردة. وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد تحليل البيانات إلى نتائج أهمها أن ضعف تشريعات العمل وضعف الثقافة التنظيمية هي من بين أهم المعوقات التي أدت بالمؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية إلى عدم تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Abstract: This study aims to uncover the obstacles to the application of social responsibility in the public economic corporation through a field study of the cooperation of grain and dry beans in Tebessa. The study was based on a descriptive approach. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire distributed to the study population through the comprehensive survey method, which included 85 labors. The researchers have come to the conclusion that weakness of labor legislation and weak organizational culture are among the most important obstacles that led to the public institution Economic responsibility to not adopt social responsibility.
