تحليل مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى الموظفين الإداريين (دراسة ميدانية على رؤساء المصالح بجامعة غرداية)
Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى الكشف عن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى رؤساء المصالح بجامعة غرداية، وكذا الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الابداع الاداري باختلاف الجنس والسن والمؤهل العلمي، ولتحقيق الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان لقياس مستوى الابداع الاداري على عينة مكونة من 46 رئيس مصلحة بجامعة غرداية وتم التوصل لنتائج التالية: • مستوى الابداع الاداري لدى رؤساء المصالح بجامعة غرداية متوسط • لا توجد فروق في مستوى الابداع الاداري تعزى لمتغير الجنس والسن والمؤهل العلمي. Abstract: The study in our hands aims to reveal the level of administrative creativity at the heads of departments at the University of Ghardaia, as well as to reveal the differences in the level of administrative creativity according to gender, age, and academic qualification. The following results were reached: • The level of administrative creativity of the heads of departments at the University of Ghardaia is average • There are no differences in the level of administrative creativity due to the variable of sex, age, and academic qualification.
