دور الجمعيات الخيرية في مواجهة جائحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد19، The Role Of Charitable Association In The Face To The Corona Covid 19 Pandemic

Résumé: ملخص: تصارع دول العالم اليوم عدو وحيد ومن نوع خاص يتمثل في فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19 الذي جعل الشعوب تتخبط يميناً وشمالاً لأجل البقاء، لذا هبت جميع أطياف المجتمع في مواجهة هذه الجائحة وعلى رأسهم الجمعيات الخيرية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا إظهار الدور الايجابي للجمعيات الخيرية الذي لعبته في مواجهة هذا الوباء، والذي تجسد في تقديم وإيصال الإعانات المادية والعينية للمعوزين، وفي نشر الوعي والطمأنينة في المجتمع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العالم لم يكن مستعداً لمواجهة مثل هذه الأمراض، حيث اثبت الواقع قصور المنظومات الصحية للدول، إضافة لغياب الإحصائيات الدقيقة للمعوزين على المستوى المركزي أو المحلي مما صعب إيصال هذه المساعدات إلى مستحقيها، ضف إلى ذلك محدودية مصادر تمويل الجمعيات الخيرية في مواجهة هذا الوباء، وكذا خطر العدوى أو الإصابة الذي قد يتعرض له أعضاء ومتطوعي الجمعيات الخيرية دون إستفادتهم من حماية إجتماعية. Abstract: Today, the world's nations are grappling with a single enemy of a special kind, represented by the Corona virus, Covid 19, That made the peoples flop right and left for survival, So society was quick to face this pandemic, especially charitable association, Through this study, we tried to show the positive role of charities that played in the face of this epidemic, Which is embodied in providing and delivering material and material benefits to the destitute, And in spreading awareness and reassurance in the community.The study concluded that the world was not prepared to face such diseases, Where reality has proven the failure of health systems of countries, In addition to the absence of accurate statistics on the needy at the central or local levels, which made it difficult to deliver this aid to those who are entitled to it, Add to that the limited sources of funding for charities in the face of this epidemic, As well as the risk of infection or injury to which members and volunteers of charities may be exposed without benefiting from social protection.
