دور المجتمع المدني في حماية البيئة في الجزائر (جمعية حماية البيئة نموذجا)

Résumé: ازداد الاهتمام بموضوع حماية البيئة في العقود الاخيرة وذلك سواء على المستوى الدولي من خلال ابرام المجتمع الدولي للعديد من الاتفاقات الدولية، بقصد اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لحماية البيئة من التلوث، كذلك الامر على المستوى الداخلي، انعكس ذلك على التشريعات الوطنية التي سعت إلى ايجاد أليات للحد من التلوث، وهذا ما كرسه المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في اطار التنمية المستدامة، وذلك باستحداث هيئات مركزية واخرى على المستوى المحلي بالإضافة إلى السماح لهيئات المجتمع المدني في المساهمة في نجاح استراتيجية حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Interest in the issue of environmental protection has increased in recent decades, both at the international level, through the international community’s conclusion of many international agreements, with the intent of taking the necessary measures to protect the environment from pollution, and this was reflected in national legislation that sought to find mechanisms to reduce pollution, and this is what the legislator established Algerian law through Law 10-03 related to environmental protection within the framework of sustainable development, by creating central and other bodies at the local level, in addition to allowing civil society bodies to contribute to the success of the strategy of protecting the environment and achieving sustainable development.
