A Proposal For Using Artificial Intelligence In The Field Of School Psychological Counseling In The Context Of E-learning In Algeria

Résumé: Through this scientific paper, our aim is to develop counseling practice in the Algerian school environment to keep pace with current technological advancements and align with the e-learning system. This involves remotely supporting students psychologically and educationally using artificial intelligence techniques. We relied on a theoretical methodology and drew on previous studies and relevant theoretical literature related to the topic of this research. We presented the proposed model for the electronic counseling platform, which is based on artificial intelligence algorithms. The results show that the electronic counseling platform provides a range of interactive counseling services to help students build their future personal projects. The mechanisms for implementing this involve adopting this designed platform using artificial intelligence algorithms in a dynamic digital environment. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية إلى تطوير الممارسة الإرشادية في الوسط المدرسي الجزائري، لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي الراهن في مجال الإعلام والاتصال ومسايرة نظام التعليم الالكتروني من خلال مرافقة التلميذ نفسيا وتربويا عن بعد وباستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، واعتمدنا على المنهج النظري والاستناد إلى الدراسات السابقة والأدبيات النظرية ذات الصلة بموضوع هذا البحث، وعرض النموذج المقترح لمنصة الإرشاد الالكتروني الذي يعتمد على خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث توصلت النتائج إلى أن المنصة الإرشادية الإلكترونية توفر مجموعة من الخدمات الإرشادية التفاعلية لمساعدة التلميذ على بناء مشروعه الشخصي المستقبلي، أما آليات تطبيق ذلك تكون من خلال تبني هذه المنصة المصممة وفق خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة رقمية ديناميكية.
