أثر الأدوات الكمية للسياسة النقدية على معدلات التضخم الشهرية في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2014 إلى 2017

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج قياسي يعبر عن العلاقة بين الأدوات الكمية للسياسة النقدية ومعدلات التضخم الشهرية، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر لسياسة السوق المفتوحة على معدلات التضخم الشهرية، فيما تؤثر كل من أداتي معدل إعادة الخصم ومعدل الاحتياطي الإجباري على معدلات التضخم الشهرية في الجزائر، وتوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل الأدوات الكمية للسياسة النقدية خاصة سياسة السوق المفتوحة، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة نشر ثقافة التعامل المصرفي بين الأفراد والمؤسسات بهدف إعطاء فعالية أكبر للأدوات الكمية للسياسة النقدية. Abstract: This study aims to building a model that reflects the relationship between the quantitative instruments of monetary policy and inflation, The study found that there is no effect of the open market policy on the monthly inflation rates in Algeria, While both the rate of rebate and the mandatory reserve rate affect the monthly inflation rates in Algeria, This paper research recommends the need to activate quantitative tools for monetary policy, which in turn requires the activation and revitalization of the monetary and financial market, in addition to the need to spread the culture of banking.
