سياســـات الإصلاح البيئي في الجزائردراسة حالة بلدية ورقلة 2012/2017 --

Résumé: عالجت هذه الدراسة موضوع سياسات الإصلاح البيئي في الجزائر والتي تناولت دراسة حالة بلدية ورقلة، وقد كانت الإشكالية ما مدى مساهمة سياسات الإصلاح البيئي في الجزائر في الحفاظ على البيئة في بلدية ورقلة؟ وتطرقت الدراسة في محتواها إلى الإطار النظري للمسار الإصلاح البيئي في الجزائر من خلال البيئة والتطور التشريعي لحماية البيئة في الجزائر، وقد تم التركيز على بلدية ورقلة كونها من البلديات المهمة في الجنوب ومدى مواكبتها لهذه الإصلاحات، وقد أجابت الدراسة على الإشكالية بأن هناك مساهمة لسياسات الإصلاح البيئي في الجزائر تحديدا بلدية ورقلة في حماية البيئة من خلال مجهودات تبدل في شكل إستراتيجيات من السلطات المحلية لبلدية ورقلة لحماية البيئة والحفاظ عليها، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن سياسات الإصلاح البيئي تساهم في الحفاظ على البيئة في الجزائر و في بلدية ورقلة بصفة خاصة، لكن تبقى مهمة الحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها مهمة الجميع من خلال تكافل الجهود وتضافرها سواء الهيئات المركزية والسلطات المحلية والمجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص من أجل بيئة نظيفة./r municipality Ourgla. The problematic situation was to which extent the enirronmetal improvment strategies contrilrite to nature protection in Algeria. The content of our research tacles the theoritical procedure to improve the Algerian nature through the legislative declopment to preserve environment in Algeria with mor focus on "Ouargla" as it is and as an important tovn in the west of Algeria and as it adapt to those improvements. Our research solves this question as it proues the contribution of mderts strategies to sawe nature through the great efforts done bay the local authorities to do such a worc. The conclusion of this study is that it praved that those strategies uosd to contribte in the Algerian presevation of environment, mainly in Ouargla have their effects results. Bat nature preservation is an important job for all of us it is the job of authorities, government, socity … for a pure neat nature.
