Résumé: : In this work, we have developed a numerical model of radio-frequency RF13.56 MHz magnetron sputtering to calculate electrical properties of argon plasma, using the fluid model of onedimensional time-dependent system. This model is based on continuity equation and energy electron equation coupled with Poisson’s equation. We have considered the electron mobility depends on magnetic field and the electron diffusivity is assumed to be dependent of electron temperature by Einstein’s relation. The fluxes are discretized using the exponential scheme. We have resolved equations with numerical finite volume method and the Thomas algorithm iterative method. The obtained results for the electrical properties (electron and ion densities, electrical potential, electric field and electron temperature) are in good agreement with previous works. To valorize our work we studied the effect of the magnetic field, the gas pressure and the applied voltage on the properties of the plasma. Finally, we calculated the current-voltage characteristic Langmuir probe.
