Résumé: الملخص: الشيخ البشير الابراهيمي شخصية عظيمة من أهم رواد العلم في الجزائر علما وفقها وفصاحة وبلاغة يشهد لها المعاصرين له في زمانه من تلامذته وصحبه، ومواقفه ومحاضراته، والمتتبعين لآثاره فكان له الأثر البالغ على الفكر والاصلاحات التربوية واعداد جيل واعد وفق القيم والمبادئ الإسلامية التي لا تتنافي ابدا مع مقومات التربية الحديثة مركزا فيها على المعلم والمتعلم والمحتوى التعليمي في حقبة زمنية عاشها الشعب الجزائري وعلى الرغم من ذلك كانت له تحديات كبيرة لتحقيق النهضة التربوية وبناء الفكر التربوية واصوله فكان لنا البحث التالي وهو ماهي المقومات الشخصية التي يتمتع بها الشيخ البشير الابراهيمي وأثرها على الفكر التربوي؟ كلمات مفتاحية: شخصية البشير الابراهيمي-الفكر التربوي –المعلم والمتعلم –المحتوى التعليمي. Abstract: Sheikh Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi is a great personality, one of the most important leaders of science in Algeria, in terms of jurisprudence, eloquence and eloquence, which his contemporaries in his time, including his students and companions, his stances and lectures, and those who follow his tracks testify to. It had a great impact on thought and educational reforms and the preparation of a promising generation in accordance with Islamic values and principles that never contradict the elements of modern education, focusing on the teacher, the learner, and the educational content in an era in which the Algerian people lived. Therefore, we had the following research, which is what are the personal components enjoyed by the Sikh al-Bashir al-Ibrahimi and their impact on educational thought.
