إستراتيجية تطوير صناعة التمويل الإسلامي في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد بيّنا في هذا المقال أهمية التمويل الإسلامي المرتبطة بتنوع الصيغ وتعدد الأساليب، مما يبرز في المستقبل إمكانيات هائلة لمسألة التمويل في الجزائر، فنظام التمويل الإسلامي تتوزع في إطاره نتائج العملية الاستثمارية بشكل عادل على الأطراف المشاركة فيها باستعمال صيغ وأساليب استثمارية مستمدة من مبادئ وأصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي. هذا وقد تم التركيز في بحثنا هذا على النظام المصرفي الإسلامي وإستراتيجية تطويره مع الإشارة لحالة الجزائر على اعتبار أن البنوك الإسلامية تعد من أهم مصادر التمويل الإسلامي. ومن خلال البحث في الموضوع تبين لنا أن العمل المصرفي الإسلامي في الجزائر عرف انفتاحا وتطورا منذ صدور 10 الذي يعد من أهم العوامل التي ساعدت على دخول البنوك الإسلامية إلى السوق - قانون 90 النقدية الوطنية، إلا أن هذا لا يكفي بل يجب تبني مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات على نطاق واسع للنهوض بالعمل المصرفي الإسلامي كما يجب وكما يقتضيه الواقع اليوم. SUMMARY: In this article we explained the importance of Islamic financing associated with the variety of formulas and methods, highlighting the huge potential for future funding in Algeria, Islamic finance system in which the results of the investment process to the parties involved in the use of formulas and methods of investment principles and fundamentals of Islamic Economics. After that we focus in our research to the Islamic banking system and strategy developed with reference to the case of Algeria that Islamic banking is one of the most important sources of Islamic finance. And through research on the subject shows that Islamic banking in Algeria was open and developed since the adoption of Act 90-10, one of the most important factors that helped the Islamic banks entering to the national monetary market, but this is not enough and must adopt a set of broad strategies to promote Islamic banking and as required nowadays.
