Résumé: للدفتر العقاري في النظام القانوني الجزائري أهمية بالغة الأثر، فهو السند الوحيد لإثبات الملكية العقارية، وهو نسخة عن البطاقة العقارية التي تشكل مجموعها السجل العقاري، وهو التنظيم الجديد للملكية العقارية الذي تبناه المشرع الجزائري بهدف ضبط حق الملكية العقارية وإقراره وحمايته وفق التنظيم العقاري الحديث، وهو ما يجعل موضوع الدراسة حديثا نسبيا، مما أسال الكثير من الحبر حول معرفة هذا النظام والمنازعات التي تنشأ بصدده والآثار المترتبة عليها، وأخص بالدراسة في هذا المقال الدفتر العقاري من حيث ماهيته وإلغائه والآثار المترتبة على ذلك.
