Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد أثر الذكاء العاطفي على الممارسات القيادية لـ69 قائدا بجامعة أم البواقي، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة برنامجي SPSSv25 وPLS-SEM، خلُصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للذكاء العاطفي على الممارسات القيادية بجامعة أم البواقي. The study aimed at finding The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Leadership Practices of 69 Leaders at Oum El Bouaghi University, by adopting the descriptive analytical method and using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the latter was analyzed by the statistical programs SPSSv25 and PLS-SEM. The Study concluded that there is a positive impact of emotional intelligence on leadership practices at OEB University.
