Résumé: The concept of time management is among the basic concepts that have been addressed by various scientific theories through the most important scholars of scientific management and human relations, as well as modern management, in addition to the most important researchers who hav e carried out scientific research to highlight both the relationship and the impact of the time factor on the rest of the other variables. This indicates the importance of time. In the life of the organization and its impact on other resources, whether material, financial or even human. We will seek through this research to identify the reality and importance of time management in the transportation organization traveling at the land station in the state of Relizane and its role in improving public service.
