دور المعلم و المتعلم وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات "السنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي أنموذجا"
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على بيداغوجيا التدريس بالكفاءات،وإبراز دور كل من المعلم والمتعلم وفق هذه المقاربة ومعرفة ما مدى مواكبة المعلمين والتلاميذ لهذه الطريقة،وذلك بتولي المنهج الوصفي وللإجابة على هذا السؤال اخترنا عينة من المعلمين مكونة من 50مدرسا في المدارس الابتدائية لبلدية حاسي مسعود في الموسم الدراسي 2015/2016،ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها : المقاربة بالكفاءات طريقة مطبقة في الميدان التربوي رغم الصعوبات التي توجه المعلمين في تطبيقها،وأن للمعلم دورا كبيرا في المقاربة بالكفاءات وأن التعليم قائم على أساسه. study aims to shed light on the pedagogy of teaching competencies,and highlight the role of both the teacher and the learner.According to this approach and learn how cope with the teachers and students of this method, so the researcher take a descriptive approach to answer this question, the researcher chose a sample of teachers consisted of 50 teachers in the primary schools in Hassi Messaoud in 2015/2016. The most importan findings is : Competencies approach method is applied in the field of education, though the difficulties that face teachers in their application, that the teacher played a major role in the approach competencies and education-based foundation.
