Résumé: ملخص : يعتبر ماسينيسا من أشهر الملوك النوميديين، إذ تميز بقدرته العسكرية، حيث تمكن من استعادة عرشه النوميدي وتحالف مع الرومان وفقا لما يخدم مصالح مملكته، و ذلك بمساعدتهم في استرجاع ممتلكات اسلافه وتوحيد نوميديا، ونحاول في هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على المسيرة الحضارية لهذا الملك، الذي عمل على إرساء دعائم نوميديا الموحدة القادرة على موجهات التحديات الخارجية، حيث نتطرق إلى ظروف توليه للحكم، وهيكلة النظام السياسي والإداري للملكة التي عرفت أطول فترة استقرار في عهده، فسياسية ماسينيسا الراشدة كانت لها آثار ايجابية في تمدين المجتمع النوميدي واستقراره، وتقوية دعائم الاقتصاد النوميدي ببعث الزراعة وتنشيط الحركة التجارية الداخلية والخارجية . Abstract: Masinissa is considered one of the most famous Numidian kings, as he was distinguished by his military ability, as he was able to restore his Numidian throne, and he allied himself with the Romans according to what served the interests of his kingdom, as they helped him to recover the possessions of his ancestors and unite Numidia, and we try in this article to shed light on the civilizational march of this king who He worked to establish a united Numidia capable of facing external challenges, as we address the conditions of his assumption of power, and the structure of the political and administrative system of the Queen, which experienced the longest period of political stability during his reign.
