أهمية انترنت الأشياء في تنمية السياحة المحلية الذكية: دراسة حالة الامارات العربية المتحدة

Résumé: يعتبر مصطلح انترنت الأشياء من أحدث المفاهيم في جميع القطاعات، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على استخداماته في القطاع السياحي، وكيف ساهمت انترنت الأشياء في ظهور ما يسمى بالمدن الذكية والتي من خلالها برزت السياحة الذكية التي تعمل من خلال خصائص المدن الذكية لتصل بين معظم الجهات الفاعلة من السكان، السياح، المجتمعات المحلية والشركات. وكمثال على ذلك سنعرض تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كنموذج عالمي. تشير أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه من خلال مشروعي زايد ودبي للمدينة الذكية تحاول الامارات العربية المتحدة الوصول إلى شعب ذكي، اقتصاد ذكي، محيط ذكي، عيش ذكي، تنقل ذكي، وصناعة سياحة محلية ذكية مبنية أساسا على انترنت الأشياء، مما جعلها تحتل الرتبة الأولى على مستوى الشرق الأوسط في تقرير تنمية السياحة والسفر العالمي لسنة 2023، والرتبة 18 على مستوى العالم. The term IoT is considered one of the latest concepts in all sectors, and through this study we aim to shed light on its uses in the tourism sector, and how the Internet of Things has contributed to the emergence of so-called smart cities, through which smart tourism has emerged that works through the characteristics of smart cities to connect most of the actors (residents, tourists, local communities and companies). As an example, we will present the experience of the United Arab Emirates as a global model, The most important results of the study indicate that through the Zayed and Dubai smart city projects the United Arab Emirates is trying to reach a smart people, a smart economy, a smart environment, smart living, smart transportation, and a smart local tourism industry that relies on the Internet of Things, which made it rank first in the Middle East in the World Travel and Tourism Development Report for 2023, and 18th in the world.
