مبادرات الدولة الجزائرية في حماية المستهلك الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص:تهدف هذه المقالة إلي إبراز مبادرات الدولة الجزائرية في حماية المستهلك الجزائري، باعتبار أن المستهلك سيد السوق وأساس العملية التسويقية، وان أي مجهودات أو توجهات تقوم بها تكون من أجل راحته وسعادته وإشباع حاجاته ورغباته المختلفة، وعلي هذا الأساس تزايد الاهتمام بالمستهلك على المستوى الدولي نظرا لتعاظم الضغط الذي أصبحت تمارسه جمعيات حماية المستهلك. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي نتيجة مهمة وهي أن الجزائر وجدت نفسها مضطرة للاهتمام نسبيا بالمستهلك، فعمدت إلى إنشاء هيئات وتعيين إدارات تعنى بموضوع حماية المستهلك، وسن القوانين والتشريعات التي تكفل مراقبة مدى مطابقة المنتجات المعروضة للاستهلاك لمقاييس الجودة، ومن ثم محاربة الغش والتضليل. الكلمات الافتتاحية: العملية التسويقية،حماية المستهلك، مقاييس الجودة، حاجات ورغبات المستهلك. Abstract:This article aims to highlight the initiatives of the Algerian state in protecting the Algerian consumer, As the master of the consumer market and marketing process basis, And thatany efforts or orientations carried out in order to be a comfort and happiness and satisfaction of theirneeds and differentdesires, On this basis, the growinginterest in consumersat the international level due to the growing pressure that has become a practiced consumer protection associations. The studyfound an important conclusion thatAlgeriafounditselfobliged to pay relative attention to the consumer, itjusttook the establishment of bodies and set departmentsconcernedwith the issue of consumer protection, The enactment of laws and regulationsthatensure control over the matchingproductsoffered for consumption to quality standards, and then the fightagainstfraud and deception.
