Résumé: وحدة العلاج السلوكي المعرفي هي وحدة أساسية في برنامج تكوين طلبة اللسانس في علم النفس العيادي ؛ يسمح تناولها بتحقيق عدة أهداف تعليمية عامة: • معرفة الأسس النظرية العامة للعلاجات السلوكية المعرفية • معرفة دواعي استخدام العلاج السلوكي المعرفي • معرفة خصوصية المنظور السلوكي المعرفي في المقاربة العيادية • اكتشاف مختلف الأدوات والتقنيات والبروتوكولات العلاجية المقترحة في إطار النماذج المختلفة: السلوكية والمعرفية والانفعالية. سيكتسب الطالب المعرفة والمهارات الأساسية في تطبيق المنظور السلوكي المعرفي في ممارسته العيادية وأمها: • القدرة على التشخيص (وصف الحالة من حيث الأعراض والمشاكل والسوابق والتاريخ الشخصي والعائلي والفحص العقلي... • القدرة على بناء فهم عيادي للحالة من منظور سلوكي معرفي واقتراح فرضية تشخيصية • التحكم في نماذج التحليل الوظيفي، وهي أساس الفهم العيادي للحالة وأيضًا أساس القرار العلاجي. • يكون قادرًا على بناء خطة علاجية سلوكية معرفية • معرفة تقنيات إدارة الانفعالات و الاستجابات الفسيولوجية • معرفة التقنيات السلوكية لإزالة الحساسية (تقنيات التعرض) • معرفة التقنيات المعرفية وبشكل أساسي إعادة الهيكلة المعرفية The CBT module is a basic unit in the curriculum for Bachelor's students in Clinical Psychology and serves several general educational objectives: Knowledge of the general theoretical foundations of cognitive behavioural therapies. To be aware of the indications for using cognitive behavioural therapy. Knowledge of cognitive-behavioural specificity in a clinical approach. To discover different therapeutic tools, techniques and protocols using a variety of behavioural, cognitive and emotional models. The student will acquire basic knowledge and skills in applying a cognitive behavioural perspective in his clinical practice. Ability to diagnose (description of cases in terms of symptoms, issues, precedents, personal and family history, mental exam, ... Able to develop a clinical understanding of the case from a cognitive-behavioural perspective and propose a diagnostic hypothesis. Knowledge of functional analysis models, which form the basis for clinical understanding of the case, as well as the basis for treatment decision. Ability to develop a cognitive-behavioural therapeutic plan. Knowledge of stabilisation and emotion management techniques. Knowledge of desensitizing behavioural techniques. Knowledge of cognitive techniques, mainly cognitive restructuring.
