الحاجات الإرشادية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مستشارين التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني

Résumé: الملخص: ملخص الدراسة بالعربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الحاجات الإرشادية لتلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي بثانويات ولاية تقرت، من خلال الكشف عن هذه الحاجات والتعرف على الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة من طرف مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، وفاعليتها في إشباع هذه الحاجات لديهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم طرح التساؤل التالي:  ما هي الحاجات الإرشادية لتلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي؟ وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي، وهو المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 38 مستشارا موزعين على ثانويات ولاية تقرت وضواحيها. وتم تطبيق استبيان مفتوح والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات لاستخلاص وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي والمدى، وكشفت النتائج عن ظهور(10) حاجات إرشادية بنسب مرتفعة ومن أهمها: - الحاجة إلى معرفة طرق المذاكرة الصحيحة وتنظيم الوقت. - الاستعلام الذاتي عن المشروع المستقبلي والتوجيه إلى الشعب والتخصصات المناسبة. - المساعدة للتغلب على المشاكل الأسرية. - تعزيز الثقة بالنفس. -الحاجة إلى معرفة بناء العلاقات الصحية مع الزملاء والأساتذة والطاقم الإداري. Résumé : انجلزية Abstract: This study aimed to identify the counseling needs of high school students from the point of view of the counselor for school guidance and counseling in the high schools of the state of Touggourt, through the disclosure of these needs and effectiveness of guidance counselors in satisfying the needs of high school students. To achieve the goal of study we asked the following question: • What are the counseling needs of high school students from the point of view of the counselor for school guidance and counseling? The researchers used a exploratory descriptive approach, was conducted on 38 counselors in the high schools of the state of Touggourt. We did an open questionnaire and use of statistical methods represented in the arithmetic mean and the range. The main of results of the study revealed the needs that have high rates: • The need to know the correct ways to study and organize time. • Self-inquiry about the future project and guidance to the appropriate specialties. • Help to overcome family problems. • The need for self-confidence. • The need for healthy relationships with colleagues, professors and administrative staff.
