Résumé: Abstract In the contemporary landscape of international relations, digital technologies have emerged as a pivotal force reshaping diplomatic practices, state interactions, and global governance. This paper explores the strategies adopted by nations to navigate the complexities introduced by digitalization, including cybersecurity, digital diplomacy, and the influence of social media on public opinion and policy-making. It examines the implications of these strategies on power dynamics, sovereignty, and international cooperation. By analyzing case studies of digital initiatives and their impact on bilateral and multilateral relations, the paper highlights both the opportunities and challenges posed by the digital age.
