التنبؤ بالمبيعات بإستخدام منهجية بوكس- جينكز (box-jenkins) في المؤسسات الخدمية- دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات Caat – وكالة أدرار.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالمبيعات الشهرية لخدمة تأمين السيارات على مستوى الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات - CAAT- من خلال وكالتها بولاية أدرار، خلال الفترة (2016-2018)، بإستخدام منهجية بوكس-جينكز(Box-Jenkins)، ولقد تم الاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي Eviews10، لتقدير نموذج قياسي للتنبؤ بالمبيعات المستقبلية للسداسي الأول لسنة 2018، وأظهرت النتائج بعد المفاضلة بين عدة نماذج قياسية ضمن مجموعة ARIMA، أن النموذج الملائم للمؤسسة هو ARIMA(1,1,5)، وقد تم التأكد من أن هذا النموذج ينتج تنبؤات دقيقة ويمكن الإعتماد عليه في التنبؤ بمبيعات خدمة تأمين السيارات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract: This Study aims at forecasting the monthly sales of the car insurance service at the level of the Algerian Insurance Company LCAAT- Adrar Agency, duringe the period (2016-2018), using the BOX-Jenkins,The Eviews10 statistical program was used to estimate a standard for predicting future sales for the first semester of 2018. Followinge the comprison between several standard models within the ARIMA group,the results showed that the appropriate model for the organization is ARIMA(1,1,5), it the appropriate model produces accurate and reliable predictions in forecasting seles of the car insurance service at the institution under study
