تنظيم العقار الفلاحي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية: دروس مستفادة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى مساهمة تنظيم العقار الفلاحي في تطوير القطاع الفلاحي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى كيفية تنظيم العقار الفلاحي بالاعتماد على بعض المؤشرات الإحصائية، وكذا توضيح الآثار الإيجابية لهذا التنظيم على الاستثمار الفلاحي ومن ثم القطاع الفلاحي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تنظيم العقار الفلاحي ساهم بشكل كبير في تطوير القطاع الفلاحي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، من خلال تشجيع الملكية الخاصة للأراضي الفلاحية، بهدف توفير الظروف التي شجعت على التوجه إلى نحو الإنتاج الكبير المتميز بتحقيق فعالية اقتصادية أكبر، ومن ثم تعظيم الإنتاج الفلاحي. This study aims at demonstrating the contribution of the organization of agricultural real estate to the development of the agricultural sector in the United States of America, by addressing how to regulate the agricultural property based on some statistical indicators, as well as to clarify the positive effects of this regulation on agricultural investment and then the agricultural sector in the United States American. The study found that the regulation of agricultural land contributed significantly to the development of the agricultural sector in the United States of America, by encouraging private ownership of agricultural land, in order to provide conditions that encouraged the move towards large production characterized by greater economic efficiency, and thus maximize agricultural production
