المشاركة السياسية في الانتخابات التشريعية جوان 2021 بالجزائر: دراسة مسحية في أسباب تراجع نسبة التصويت.

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة أسباب تدني نسبة المشاركة السياسية التي شهدتها الجزائر من خلال تشريعيات جوان2021انطلاقا من ابراز السياق التاريخي للمشاركة السياسية منذ الاحادية الحزبية ثم الانتقال الى التعددية والحراك الشعبي لسنة 2019 بحيث تم التركيز على نسب المشاركة لكل مرحلة وبعدها التطرق الى نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية. وفقا لما سبق هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور وسائل الاتصال والمجالس المنتخبة والمنتخبين في التأثير على ضعف المشاركة التي من شأنها أن تؤثر سلبا على مصداقية النظام السياسي كما أنها تقف عائق أمام تحقيق عمليات التنمية السياسية وتجسيد معالم الحكم الراشد This study dealt with the main reasons that make the political election low, which Is Algeria witnessed through the legislation in June 2021.began with the historical context display of the political participation since of the unilateral then the pluralism and Al Hirak in 2019 so that's been focused on the participation proportion in each stage , then move to the legislative election results .According to the above , the Aim of this study is to know the role of means of communication , the elected councils and the electors that effect the participation and also impress negatively the credibility of the political system , and also it is an impediment in front of the development realisation and the embodiment of the features of adult rule .
