النظريات الجديدة في الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي

Résumé: الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي بعنى بدراسة علاقات التأثير المتبادل بين الاقتصاد والسياسة في الشؤون الدولية، والسؤال الجوهري للاقتصاد السياسي الدولي هو: ما الذي يحرك ويفسر الأحداث في الاقتصاد العالمي؟ بالنسبة للبعض فإن الأمر ينزل الى مستوى معركة "الدول مقابل الأسواق"، فأسواق الاقتصاد العالمي ليست مثل بازارات الشوارع والمحلات التجارية فيها جميع المعروضات التي تكون مفتوحة وتنافسية وتتم المتاجرة بها وتبادلها بحرية، ومن جهة أخرى، لا يمكن اعتبار أن السياسيين يتحكمون في الاقتصاد العالمي بقدر ما يرغبون في ذلك، إن الأسواق العالمية والدول والشركات المحلية، والشركات المتعددة الجنسيات تتم في خضمها وبداخلها شؤون التجارة والاستثمار عن طريق جملة من القواعد والأنظمة والقوانين، والمنظمات، وحتى العادات. علماء السياسة يفضلون تسمية كل مميزات النظام تلك بـ"المؤسسات"، ويحاول الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي شرح وتفسير ما الذي يخلق ويديم تلك المؤسسات وما هو اثر تلك المؤسسات على الاقتصاد العالمي. The International Political Economy (IPE) examines the Mutual effect relationships between economics and politics in international relations. The fundamental question of the international political economy is: What drives and explains events in the global economy? it falls to the level of the battle of "countries versus markets." World markets are not like street bazaars and shops where all the exhibits are open, competitive, freely traded, and politicians What they want is that global markets, countries, local companies and multinational corporations are in the midst of them and within them trade and investment matters through a set of rules, regulations, laws, organizations, and even customs. Political scientists prefer to label all the features of this system as "institutions". The international political economy tries to explain what creates and perpetuates these institutions and what is the impact of those institutions on the world economy.
