دور الرقمنة في تحسين خدمات المرفق العمومي -دراسة حالة جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة مشروع الرقمنة في أحد أهم المرافق العمومية ذو طبيعة قانونية تتمثل في مجانية الخدمة التي يقدمها لآلاف المتعاملين معه، وهو جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة، واستكشاف الدوافع التي أدت بهذا المرفق الحساس إلى إقرار مشروع الرقمنة والغايات المرجوة منه، وانعكاسه على أداء إدارة وعاملي جامعة المسيلة، إضافة إلى معرفة مراحل مشروع الرقمة وآفاقه المستقبلية. حيث أن الدراسة الميدانية التطبيقية اعتمدت منهجية كمية وصفية تحليلية، ولتحليل المعطيات استخدمنا مصفوفة الإرتباط، حيث أن نتائج الدراسة بينت بانه توجد ارتباطات مهمة وقوية ذات دلالة إحصائية معنوية بين المتغيرات المستقلة والتابعة لهذه الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: دور، رقمنة، تحسبن، خدمات، مرفق، عمومي. Abstract: Our study aims to learn about the digitization project in one of the most important public establishments of a legal nature represented in the free service it provides to thousands of customers. This institution is the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M’sila, Algeria. This research aims to explore the reasons, which led to this sensitive establishment approving the digitization project and going through its desired objectives. The case study adopted a quantitative and analytical methodology, with the use of the database of this University. To analyze the data, we used the binary correlation matrix. The results of the study showed that there are strong correlations with considerable significance between the study variables.
