Résumé: The research aimed to estimate the demand function of the diesel and gasoline in the Palestinian market, by the regression analysis, using the logarithmic formula, then testing the hypotheses of this estimation accompany to this estimation like the factors that affects this demand in Palestinian market that significant from all factors that theoretically affects the demand , also test the hypothesis about the elasticity . The research concludes that the factors affects the diesel demand in Palestinian market is : diesel price of diesel cars , the disposable income, and the population . All expected signs of the factors is agreed with the theory .All kinds of elactisties are violated with the theory . It conclude too :the factors that affects the gasoline demand is: population, gasoline cars prices only , other factors is not significant at 5% confidence level .All factors signs except the diesel price is true with the theory . All kinds of elactisties are violated with the theory. The research recommends : on the imports the raw petrol instead of Oil derivatives , Create a regulatory system in Palestinian lands , starting Convert consumption trends from fuel to natural gas , encourage the new ideas in Alternative Energy , And Alters back to the Paris economic Convention
