تطبيق أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات لقياس كفاءة البنوك التجارية الجزائرية (دراسة مقارنة بين البنوك الجزائرية العامة والخاصة)

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة مقارنة الكفاءة بين البنوك الجزائرية العمومية و البنوك الجزائرية الخاصة خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 2012 – 2016، حيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في ثمانية بنوك تجارية جزائرية، منها بنكين عموميين مقابل ستة بنوك خاصة. وتم القيام بذلك عبر مرحلتين من التحليل، المرحلة الأولى كانت عن طريق دراسة معامل الارتباط بين مدخلات ومخرجات الدراسة، أما المرحلة الثانية تم تطبيق تحليل مغلف البيانات (DEA) لقياس الكفاءة التقنية للبنوك العمومية والخاصة. وتبين من النتائج وجود ارتباط بين متغيرات الدراسة يسمح بمزاولة النشاط، وأظهرت أيضا النتائج أن البنوك العمومية كانت تقنيا أكثر كفاءة وأكثر استحواذا على الموارد المالية من البنوك الخاصة وهذا للدعم المتواصل من طرف الحكومة لهذه البنوك . Abstract: We aim through this study to compare efficiency between the Algerian public banks and private Algerian banks during the period between 2012 - 2016, where the study sample consisted of eight Algerian commercial banks, including two public banks against six private banks. This was done through two phases of the analysis, the first stage was by studying the correlation coefficient between the study inputs and outputs, while the second stage a data envelope analysis (DEA) was applied to measure the technical efficiency of public and private banks. The results showed that there is an association between the variables of the study that allows the practice of the activity, and the results also showed that public banks were technically more efficient and more acquiring financial resources from private banks and this is for the continued support of the government to these banks.
