Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين تبني أخلاقيات الأعمال في المنظمة بأبعادها الثلاث ورضا العملاء وولائهم، وإبراز أهم السلوكيات والقيم الأخلاقية السليمة التي يجب على المنظمات الاقتياد بها. وقد أجري البحث على بعض من مشتركي متعامل الهاتف النقال موبيليس باختيار عينة مكونة من (60) فرداً باستخدام الأسلوب الوصفي حيث أن النتائج المتوصل إليها هي وجود علاقة ارتباطيه قوية بين جميع أبعاد أخلاقيات الأعمال (أخلاق الأفراد، أخلاق القادة، وأخلاقيات المنظمة) ورضا العملاء وولائهم، حيث أن تبني أخلاقيات الأعمال في المنظمة يعد إستراتيجية فعالة في تعزيز صورتها الذهنية لدى العملاء مما يؤثر إيجابا على رضاهم وولائهم The study aims to learn the relationship between the adoption of business ethics in the organization in its three dimensions and customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to highlight the most important behaviors and sound ethical values that organizations must follow. Some mobile subscribers have been searched for Mobilis by selecting a sample of (60) individuals using descriptive method as the findings are a strong correlation between all dimensions of business ethics (ethics of individuals, ethics of leaders, organization ethics) and customer satisfaction and loyalty, as the adoption of business ethics in the organization is an effective strategy in enhancing its intellectual image among customers that positively affects their satisfaction and loyalty
