أحكام المبيدات الزراعية في الفقه الإسلامي

Résumé: عالجت هذه الدراسة قضية من القضايا الراهنة؛ موسومة بـ: أحكام استعمال البيدات الزراعية في الفقه الإسلامي؛ والتي كان مرتكزها ومدارها حول الإشكال الآتي: ما موقف الفقه الإسلامي من استعمال البيدات الزراعية؟ وسعيا مني إلي الإجابة عنه؛ سطرت خطة من ثلاثة مباحث؛ أفصحت في أ ّولها عن ماهية المبيدات الزراعية؛ ُبغية إدراك كنهها، وإعطاء صورة متكاملة عنها؛ لأن الحكم على الشيء فرع عن تصوره، أما ثانيها؛ فمحضته لبيان الحكم العام للتداوي باستعمال البيدات الزراعية، وآخر الباحث؛ قمت فيه بتجلِية أحكام بعض الصور التعلقة باستعمال المبيدات الزراعية؛ نظرا لما يكتنف هذه الصور من خصوصية، أوجبت إفرادها بأحكام خاصة مغايرة لذاك الحكم العام. أسفرت الدراسة عن جملة من النتائج؛ أهمها: جواز استعمال المبيدات الزراعية في مكافحة الآفات الضرة بالحاصيل، مع ضرورة التقيد بشروطه، وإثراء للموضوع؛ أوصى الباحث بتوصيات؛ تجلت في ضرورة نشر الأحكام الفقهية الخاصة باستعمال المبيدات الزراعية بين الزارعين Abstract: This study addressed one of the current issues; entitled: Rulings of Using Agricultural Pesticides in Islamic Jurisprudence; which was focused and anchored around the following problematic: What is the islamic jurisprudence's situation on the use of agricultural pesticides? In seeking to answer it; I create up a plan of three sections; I disclosed Firstly about what an agricultural pesticides was; in order to perceive its essence and to give a full perception on it; because judging the thing is part of its conception, As for the second one; its purpose is to clarify the general Sharia provision of medication with using agricultural pesticides, In the last section; I illustrate the Sharia provisions of some cases related to the use of agricultural pesticides; Due to the specificity of these cases, which they are must be singled out with special provisions differ from that general Sharia provision. Among the study's main findings; Permissibility of using agricultural pesticides in controling pests harmful agricultural crops, according to its comply conditions, and for enriching this topic; the researcher submitted several recommendations Represented in the need to sensitize farmers on the jurisprudential rulings of agricultural pesticides using.
