الرأسمال الخاص والخطاب الإعلامي في الجزائر: دراسة نقدية للعلاقة: الرأسمال،الإعلام، السلطة والمجتمع.

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة بحثا ابستيميا نقديا للخطاب الإعلامي الخاص في الجزائر في فترة التعددية، ما يستوجب الحديث عن الرأسمال الخاص في الجزائر والعودة إلى جذوره من حيث التشكل، التطور البنيوي والقانوني، وكذا مجالات العمل والاستثمار وعلاقاته بالسلطة والمجتمع، ومقاربتها إلى نشأة البرجوازية في أوروبا؛ تلك المرتبطة بتشكل المجال العمومي البرجوازي، وذلك لمعرفة إن كانت التحولات السوسيو_اقتصادية والقانونية للرأسمال الخاص وخطابه الإعلامي في الجزائر مشابهة للتسوية البرجوازية الأوروبية، التي أفرزت نمطا من العلاقات قوامه نظام قانوني (مجال عمومي) يسمح بمشاركة الفرد البرجوازي في مناقشة وتسيير الشأن العام. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الإعلام الخاص في الجزائر لا يمكنه أن يقوم بمراقبة أداء السلطة أو ضمان المشاركة الفعلية للفرد في تسيير الشأن العام، نظرا لعدم قدرة البرجوازية الوطنية (الرأسمال الخاص) على التأسيس لتلك الأدوار نظرا لبنيتها المشوهة التشكل والوظائف، فهي برجوازية بنت أو وليدة الأسر الأرستقراطية والجهاز البيروقراطي للدولة، تشكلت وتطورت بناء على توطيد علاقاتها مع السلطة السياسية وجهازها البيروقراطي. Abstract: This study deals with a critical epistemic research of the private media discourse in Algeria in the period of pluralism. This requires talking about private capital in Algeria and returning to its roots in terms of formation, structural and legal development, as well as the fields of work and investment and its relations to power and society. and its approach to the emergence of the bourgeoisie associated with the formation of the bourgeois public sphere in Europe.In order to know whether the socio-economic and legal transformations of private capital and its media discourse in Algeria are similar to the European bourgeois settlement, which produced a pattern of relations based on a legal system (public sphere) that allows the participation of the bourgeois individual in the discussion and management of public affairs. This study came to the conclusion that the private media in Algeria cannot guarantee the actual participation of the individual in the discussion and management of public affairs, given the inability of the national bourgeoisie (private capital) to establish those roles due to its distorted structure of morphology and functions. It is a bourgeoisie born of aristocratic families and the bureaucratic apparatus of the state, formed and developed based on the consolidation of its relations with the political authority and its bureaucracy.
