الفيديو المؤسسي وتحقيق القبول الاجتماعي للمؤسسة

Résumé: تعتمد المؤسسة في تطوير نشاطها الاقتصادي على علاقاتها مع جمهورها، خصوصا الزبائن باعتبارهم جمهورها النهائي. وأول القواعد التي تتحكم في بناء هذه العلاقات، القيام بالاتصال لتزويدهم بمعلومات صحيحة عن كل ما تقوم به. ومن أهم الأساليب الاتصالية التي باتت ضرورية، وتتعامل بها المؤسسات، خاصة مع شيوع الإنترنت "الفيديوهات المؤسسية". ارتكازا إلى ذلك، سنعمد في ورقتنا البحثية الحالية، إلى إبراز كيفية إسهام الفيديو المؤسسي كنشاط اتصالي وعبر قنواته الاتصالية المختلفة، في خلق قبول اجتماعي للمؤسسة. Abstract: In developing its economic activity, the organization relies on its relationships with its audience, especially customers as its ultimate audience. The first rule that governs the construction of these relationships is to contact them to provide them with correct information about everything they do. One of the most important communication methods that has become necessary, and which institutions deal with, especially with the prevalence of the Internet is "corporate videos". Based on this, in our current paper, we will highlight how institutional video contributes as a communication activity and through its various communication channels, to creating social acceptance of the institution.
