انعكاساست جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد الجزائري وضرورة تفعيل إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاسات فيروس كورونا على الاقتصاد الجزائري وكذاسبل تفعيل إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي كحل لتجنب الآثار السلبية التي قد يخلفها، نظرا لارتباط الاقتصاد الجزائري بالمداخيل والعائدات النفطية وكون أن التنويع الاقتصادي سياسة تنموية وخيار استراتيجي من شأنه تقليل المخاطر الاقتصادية. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أبرزها الانعكاسات السلبية التي خلفتها جائحة كورونا على أسعار النفط من تراجع للمداخيل البترولية و العجز الموازني وتراجع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، مما يستوجب ضرورة تفعيل إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effects of the corona virus on the Algerian economy, and knowing ways to activate the economic diversification stategy as a solution to avoid the negtive effects that it my have,due to the association of the Algerian economy with oil revenues and the fact that economic diversification is a development policy and a strategic choice that will improve the level of income as well as reducing economic risks. This study reached many results,most notably the negative repercussions leftt by the corona virus on oil prices,such as a decline in oil revenues, the budget deficit,and a decline in economic growth rates, which necessitates activating the economic diversification strategy .
