استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني في الترويج للخدمات الفندقية بالجزائر _دراسة تحليلية لعينة من مواقع فنادق ولاية الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الكيفية التي من خلالها تستخدم فنادق ولاية الجزائر مواقعها الإلكترونية في الترويج لخدماتها، وهذا من خلال الكشف عن خصوصيات هذه المواقع والأساليب الترويجية التي تعتمد عليها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الوصفي باستخدام أداة تحليل المحتوى لصفحات34 موقعا إلكترونيا تم تعيينها بشكل عرضي، وقد تم التوصل الى أن هذه المواقع لا تتوفر بشكل كبير على الخصوصيات التي تميز المواقع الالكترونية الحديثة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتفاعلية واستخدام الفيديو والصوت وتوضيح السياسات، كما يبرز أسلوب الإعلان عن المؤسسة والاعلان عن خدماتها في هذه المواقع، يلي ذلك أسلوب التسويق المباشر، ويكاد يكون أسلوب العلاقات العامة وأسلوب تنشيط المبيعات غائبا فيها، وهذا الواقع لا يختلف باختلاف تصنيف أو ملكية الفنادق عينة البحث. promote their services, by revealing the features of these websites and the promotional methods that depend on them. To achieve these objectives, the study was based on the descriptive survey methodology using the content analysis tool for the pages of 34 websites selected incidentally. The study concluded that these websites significantly do not have features of modern websites, especially with regard to interactivity, video and audio usage, and clarification of policies. also, The method of advertising the company and advertising its services is prominent in these websites, followed by the direct marketing method, while the method of public relations and the method of sales promotion is almost absent in it, and this reality does not differ according to the classification or ownership of hotels in the research sample
