منهج أبي العبّاس القرطبي في تلخيص صحيح مسلم دراسة تحليلية مقارنة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة التحليلية المقارنة إلى إبراز منهج أبي العبّاس القرطبي في كتابه التلخيص على صحيح مسلم وذلك انطلاقا من مقدمة كتابه ومن شروطه التي أعرب عنها في مقدّمة تلخيصه ؛ حيث قال:"... أشار من إشارته غنم ،وطاعته حتم ، إلى تقريبه على المُتحفِّظ وتيسيره على المتفقِّه، بأن نختصر أسانيده، ونحذف تكراره, ونُنَبه على ما تضمَّنته أحاديثه بتراجم تسفر عن معناها ،وتدلّ الطالب على موضوعها و فحواها".وعليه فما ذكره المؤلف مجملا في المقدّمة فصّله الطالب تفصيلا يسيرا من خلال التّطرق لكل شرط على حدة وذكر بعض الأمثلة عليه ، عسى أن يكلّل منهج القرطبي بدراسة أوسع وأعمق في بحوث لاحقة . كما تطرّق الطّالب في رسالته إلى مقارنة بين تلخيص القرطبي و قرينه مختصر المنذري ؛مبرزا بعضا من أوجه الفروق بينهما ؛من خلال الشروط التي ذكرها القرطبي ،مع ذكر بعضٍ من مزايا تلخيص القرطبي ؛وعليه كانت الدراسة كما عنون عليها الطّالب ؛دراسة تحليلية مقارنة من خلال مقدّمة تلخيص القرطبي .وتناول الباحث عرض مضمون الرسالة من خلال فصلين. الفصل الأول: سرد فيه نبذة مختصرة عن حياة الإمامين مسلم ,و القرطبي، وإطلالة مختصرة عن صحيح مسلم ،و تلخيص القرطبي . الفصل الثاني: عالج فيه أصل الموضوع ؛بالتّطرق لمنهج القرطبي في التّلخيص من خلال التراجم، وذكر بعض مزاياها، ثمّ منهجه في الأسانيد والأحاديث المكرّرة وتعدد الرّوايات ،مع إبراز بعض الفروق بين تلخيص القرطبي ومختصر المنذري. وأرفقت بهذه الرّسالة ملحق ؛سردت فيه قطعة من مقدّمة القرطبي ؛التي ذكر فيها شروطه، وأتبعت الملحق بأربع فهارس ؛فهرس للآيات وفهرس للأحاديث وفهرس للأعلام وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع وقائمة فيها محتويات الرسالة. The purpose of this comparative analyticalstudyis to highlight the approach of Abu al-Abbas al-Qurtubi in hissummary book on SaheehMuslimfrom the introduction to his book and from the conditions hecommittedhimself to. To bringhimcloser to the conservator and facilitatehim to agree, to shortenhisbeliefs, and to deletehisrepetition, and to alert the contents of his conversations with translations yieldingitsmeaning, and the student to indicate the subject and the content. "So what the authorsaid in the introduction to the studentdetaileddetaileasily by addressingeach condition on Sharpness and someexamples of it, maybecurledearringapproach The broader and deeper in subsequentresearchstudy. The studentalsodiscussed in hisletter a comparisonbetween the summary of al-Qurtubi and his short companion al-Mundhiri, highlightingsome aspects of the differencesbetweenthem; through the conditions mentioned by al-Qurtubi, withsome of the advantages of al-Qurtubi'ssummary; Introduction Summary Al-Qurtubi. The researcherpresents the content of the message throughtwochapters. Chapter One: A briefaccount of the life of the imams, and the Qurtubi, and a briefaccount of SaheehMuslim, summarized by al-Qurtubi. The second chapter deals with the origin of the subject; addressing the Qurtubimethod in the summarythrough the translations, and mentioningsome of itsadvantages, and thenitsmethodology in the verses and the repeatedahaadeeth and the multiplicity of narrations, whilehighlightingsomedifferencesbetween the summary of al-Qurtubi and the summary of al-Mundhiri. A copy of the verses, an index of the hadiths, a catalog of the flags, a catalog of sources and references and a list of the contents of the letter are included in the appendix
