ممارسات الموارد البشرية الخضراء Ghrm وأثرها في تعزيز القدرات الجوهرية الخضراء Ccg : دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من رؤساء الأقسام والشعب والوحدات في رئاسة جامعة الموصل

Résumé: يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين ممارسات الموارد البشرية الخضراء GHRM والقدرات الجوهرية الخضراء CCG في رئاسة جامعة الموصل، إذ تشكل الممارسات الخضراء الاتجاه الحديث لإدارة الموارد البشرية والمصدر الرئيس لتزويد المنظمة المبحوثة بالموارد البشرية ذوي المهارات العالية والأداء المتميز نحو حماية البيئة، كما تعد المقدرة الجوهرية للموارد البشرية الحجر الأساسي لتنفيذ كافة المهام والواجبات البيئية التي تقوم بها المنظمة المبحوثة وتشكل أهم مقدراتها. ولتوضيح العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث تم صياغة فرضيات أساسية، وقد اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالبحث، إذ تم إعدادها بالاستناد إلى عدد من المقاييس الجاهزة وباستخدام مقياس ليكرت الثلاثي، ووزعت على عينة مكونه من (36) موظفاً من العاملين في رئاسة جامعة الموصل، ولتحليل بيانات البحث استخدم البرنامج الإحصائي الجاهز (SPSS.v.24). وقد أفرزت الأساليب الإحصائية عدداً من النتائج لعل أبرزها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين ممارسات الموارد البشرية الخضراء GHRM والقدرات الجوهرية الخضراء CCG في رئاسة جامعة الموصل، وان أعلى تأثير لممارسات الموارد البشرية الخضراء GHRM في تعزيز القدرات الجوهرية الخضراء CCG كان من نصيب ممارسة التوظيف الأخضر في المنظمة المبحوثة. وفي إطار النتائج قدم البحث عدداً من المقترحات أهمها تعزيز القدرات الجوهرية الخضراء CCG من خلال الاطلاع على تجارب الدول المتقدمة والاستفادة منها بأفضل شكل ممكن لدعم التوجه البيئي. The purpose of this research is to highlight the correlation between the green human resource practices and the green core competencies of Mosul University. Green practices are the modern direction of human resources management and the main source of providing the human resources organization with highly skilled and outstanding performance towards protecting the environment. The core competence of human resources is the cornerstone for the implementation of all the environmental tasks and duties undertaken by the organization and its most important resources. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting research data and information. It was prepared on the basis of a number of ready-made measurements using the three-dimensional Likert scale. It was distributed to a sample of 36 employees of the Presidency of Mosul University, And to analyze the search data, use the statistical program ready (SPSS.v.24). The statistical methods produced a number of results, most notably the correlation between human resource practices and the green core competencies in the presidency of the University of Mosul. The highest impact of green human resource practices in enhancing the green core competencies was the exercise of green recruitment in the organization. Within the framework of the results, the research presented a number of proposals, the most important of which is the enhancement of the core capabilities of the CCG through examining the experiences of developed countries and making the best use of them to support the environmental orientation.
