الأمن القومي الجزائري والأزمة الليبية: حدود المواقف وتحديات المواجهة

Résumé: يرتبط الأمن القومي ارتباطا وثيقا بالوضع الإقليمي والدولي، حيث يتحكم الاستقرار الأمني لمحيط الدولة في استقرارها الداخلي. وتعرف منطقة شمال إفريقيا العديد من النزاعات والأزمات تنعكس سلباً على أمن الجزائر التي طالما واجهت تحديات أمنية كبيرة تعود إلى اتساع التهديدات المتعلقة بالإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة والهجرة غير الشرعية وصولا إلى تنامي النزاعات الإقليمية وبؤر التور في الدول المجاورة للساحل الافريقي وخاصة الأزمة الليبية، مما ساهم في تفاقم التهديدات المباشرة وغير المباشرة على الأمن القومي الجزائري بالتزامن مع التطورات الدولية الراهنة وما أفرزته من مضاعفات خطيرة جعلت الجزائر مطالبة باحتواء التهديدات الأمنية والاعتماد على استراتيجيات ذات أبعاد استباقية للوقاية ولحماية أمنها من تداعيات التهديدات المعقدة والمتشابكة التي تتربص بالأمن القومي الجزائري. The stability and security of the state is linked to internal and external factors. Since the North African region is witnessing conflicts and crises that negatively affect the security of Algeria, which has long faced major security challenges due to the expansion of threats related to terrorism, organized crime, illegal immigration, the growth of regional conflicts and hotbeds of trouble in the countries neighboring the African coast, especially the Libyan crisis. Which contributed to the severity of direct and indirect threats to Algerian national security in conjunction with the current international conflicts and the resulting serious complications that obliged Algeria to contain security threats and rely on strategies of proactive dimensions to prevent and protect its security from the repercussions of complex and intertwined threats.
