دور الاتفاقيات الدولية في تكريس مفهوم المواطنة

Résumé: تلعب الاتفاقيات الدولية دورا كبيرا في تعزيز مفهوم المواطنة وفي تحديد العلاقة الوثيقة بين قاعدة عدم التمييز على أساس الجنس أو اللون أو القومية أو الدين أو المذهب وبين مفهوم المواطنة، إذ تعد الأخيرة بمثابة تنظيم لمبدأ عدم التمييز والمساواة بين جميع الأفراد، وبالتالي مهما بلغ مدى الاختلاف بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد فانه لا بد أن يصطدم بفكرة المواطنة، فتعيد انتماء الأفراد إلى المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه وبالتالي يسري على كل فرد منهم ما يسري على الجميع. International conventions play a major role in strengthening the concept of citizenship and in defining the close relationship between the rule of non-discrimination on the basis of sex, color, nationality, religion or sect and the concept of citizenship, as the latter is a regulation of the principle of nondiscrimination and equality between all individuals. Therefore, no matter how different the members of the same society may be, it must collide with the idea of citizenship, which restores the individuals' belonging to the society in which they live and thus applies to each of them what applies to everyone
