أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية في الفترة 1995-2016

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تقلبات سعر النفط على النمو الإقتصادي الجزائري للفترة 1995-2016 وهذا في ظل التقلبات الحادة والمتكررة التي تعرفها أسعار الطاقة العالمية، ومنها النفط، وتداعياتها على الاِقتصاد الجزائري، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بتقدير نموذج متمثل في إنحدار خطي بسيط، لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن سعر النفط يشرح معدلات النمو بنسبة كبيرة قدرها 83.60%. كذلك بالنسبة لمعلمة المتغيرة الرئيسية والتي تمثل سعر النفط، فقد جاءت بإشارة موجبة وتساوي إلى 0.24، وهذا معناه أن معدلات النمو تزداد بــ 0.24 % إذا إرتفع سعر النفط بـ 1%. الكلمات المفتاحية: النمو الإِقتصادي، سعر النفط الخام، الإٍقتصاد الجزائري. Abstract : The aims of this study is measuring the impact of oil price fluctuations on Algerian economic growth during 1995-2016-and this is under shade of the sharp and frequent fluctuations defined by world energy prices, including oil price, and and their repercussions on the Algerian economy -, and for achieve this object, we estimated a simple linear model at first, Finally we concluded that the oil price explains the growth rates by a 83.60 percent. As well as the principal variable parameter, which represents the price of oil, it came with a positive signal and equal to 0.24, which means that growth rates increase by 0.24% if the price of oil augment by 1%.
