أثر اللغة العربية وأهميتها في فهم نصوص الكتاب والسنة

Résumé: الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث أثر اللغة العربية ودورها في فهم النصوص الشرعية من الكتاب والسنة، إذ لا يمكن فهم مراد الله تعالى ومراد رسوله إلا بمعرفة قواعد العربية وأساليبها لأن هذه النصوص عربية اللسان، لذا اشترط العلماء في الذي يريد تفسير القرآن وشرح الحديث واستنباط القواعد الفقهية أن يكون متبحرا في علم العربية، عارفا بقواعدها وصرفها وأساليبها ولغاتها، ولذا حاولت في هذا البحث أن أبين أهمية تعلم العربية وحث العلماء على معرفتها، وضربت أمثلة تطبيقية لأثر العربية في التفسير، وفهم الحديث، وأثرها في استخراج الأحكام الفقهية وتنوعها. Abstract: This research deals with the impact of the Arabic language and its role in understanding the legal texts of the Qur'aan and Sunnah. It is not possible to understand what God and His Messenger want except by knowing the rules of Arabic and its methods because these texts are Arabic. In this research, I tried to show the importance of learning Arabic and to encourage scientists to know it, and applied practical examples of the impact of Arabic on interpretation, understanding of Hadith and its impact on the extraction of jurisprudential rulings and their diversity.
